Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email):

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

3. Return Shipping Costs The direct cost of returning goods is borne entirely by the buyer. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

4. Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at kontakt@vixorastore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
