These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website vixorastore.com and the purchase of products offered by Vixorastore ("we", "us", "our"), located at Beim Spitzerriegel 4/36, 2500 Baden, Austria. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Scope & Applicability These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between Vixorastore and consumers or business customers via our online store. Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Order Placement & Contract Formation By clicking "Place Order", you submit a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment failure).
3. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped internationally via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or force majeure events.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details and the model withdrawal form.
8. Warranty & Statutory Rights Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under Austrian law (ABGB) and EU consumer protection law. If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Please contact us at kontakt@vixorastore.com within the applicable statutory period.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vixorastore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Intellectual Property All content on vixorastore.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vixorastore or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence also apply. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baden, Austria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction.
